Undergraduate Students:
There are lots of opportunities for excited, curious, motivated undergraduates to get involved in field and laboratory research with both crickets and sticklebacks. If you think you might be interested, send me an email (robin.tinghitella@du.edu) or stop by my office (Boettcher West 243).
Graduate Students:
The University of Denver offers both MS and PhD degrees in the Biology program. If you are interested in joining us, please contact me so we can discuss our mutual interests. You should have academic interests aligned closely with the lab, be hard-working and motivated. In your introductory email please highlight why you are interested in studying evolution and behavioral ecology, your previous research experience (if any), why you want to attend graduate school, and whether you would like to pursue an MS or a PhD degree. Interested graduate students should feel free to contact any of my former or current students to learn more about their experiences in the lab.
Postdoctoral Researchers:
I am always happy to talk with potential postdocs and to co-write grants to support collaborative work!
Please also see our Diversity and Inclusion page to read more about mentorship and advocacy in the lab.
